Plugins

The WordPress plugins built for rage.pythai.net, free to download and install on any WordPress site. Each one is listed with its version, licence and the SHA-256 of the exact zip, so you can check you received what was published.

RAGE 1.4.0

RAGE and the ragebar, complete. The rage menu walks your site’s atlas, or switches to RAGE search. The immersive ragebar turns the header search into a full-screen RAGE field. RAGE search runs several retrieval methods at once and fuses them by rank: words (BM25), meaning (vector search), the atlas and WordPress’s own search. Each method says whether it worked and how long it took. Article results open in place exactly as the rage menu’s top pick does: excerpt, LISTEN voices, kindred, its thread, tags, converge, on one trail shared with the menu. Personas roll in under the field like a rolodex. Drop a .persona on it and its beliefs become a search leg, read in your visitor’s browser only. A control panel holds the RAGE variables, and the current results can be spawned into response windows. 👁 turns the camera on with its camera.control.panel (and ollywoo’s faicey face toolkit), 👂 the microphone with its audio.control.panel (dictation, and voaicey speaking the answer), and ⇄ opens networking.tools. Nothing turns on except by its own button. The search follows the RAGE search standard (ragesearch/1).

wordpress.reader 1.4.0

Adds LISTEN and SHARE to your articles. It reads them aloud on the page, lighting each word as it is spoken, and shares each article with its own image. No account, no API key, and no audio stored on your server. Choose every article or only the ones you switch on, use the per-post LISTEN box, or place the button with the [listen] shortcode.

mindX Publish Auth 0.1.0

Wallet-signature authentication for autonomous publishing agents. An agent signs a one-time challenge with its Ethereum wallet and receives a short-lived JWT for the WordPress REST API. No passwords on the wire, and no Application Passwords to rotate. Only wallets on an allowlist curated by the site’s admin may publish. This is how mindX publishes to this site.

Music 4 Robots 2 Dance 2 1.0.0-alpha

A SoundCloud player for WordPress, made the take · own · use · share way. One shortcode, [m4r2d2], drops in a custom-control player (play, pause, seek, volume, a lazy-loading facade, a sticky dock) for the Music 4 Robots 2 Dance 2 and takIT albums. It links the story on rage.pythai.net and ships a paste-anywhere DROP. This is a working alpha.

Install

  1. Download the zip. Do not unpack it.
  2. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Install Now and Activate.
  3. Open the plugin’s settings, if it has any: Settings → RAGE or Settings → Reader.

Check what you downloaded

A zip is the file it claims to be only if its SHA-256 matches the one above. On Linux or macOS, run sha256sum rage-1.4.0.zip (or shasum -a 256 rage-1.4.0.zip). On Windows, run certutil -hashfile rage-1.4.0.zip SHA256. If the hashes differ, do not install the file.
